Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, up to a maximum of USD 400.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuperGrowthAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Modifications to Terms

Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• No refunds are provided for the unused portion of the current period

3. Refund Eligibility
